Q: How do I track my package?
A: You can track your package using your order number and your email address by going to the "Track my order" section on our website.
Q: What are the shipping times for your products?
A: We do our best to ship your order within 24 (Business Days) hours of your purchase. Your order will then be entrusted to the carrier, and you will be delivered within 1 to 8 days. (Depending on the periods, promotions, transport service and your place of residence)
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.
Q: Where do we ship your product from?
A: Our offices are located in London. Our international warehouse is located in France.
Q: I haven't received all the items in my order, what's going on?
A: Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.
Q: I received a damaged item. What can I do ?
A: We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a message via the site's contact form with supporting evidence and we'll send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

Q: What is the quality of the products you offer?
A: Our items are made with care by professionals from the French Laboratory. We favor the quality of materials in order to create quality articles.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. However, we do not accept cheques, money orders or bank transfers.
